Pilates meets Yoga to build core strength through a gentle yet challenging practice followed by mindful recovery and stretching. Pilates x Yoga Fusion is thirty minutes of Pilates Mat followed by a Yoga flow to build mobility and provide an opportunity for mindfulness to aid recovery.

 

Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.
