Many people are intimidated by yoga out of fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the yoga itself will help you feel more flexible and comfortable in your body. Our instructors give a wide range of movements and stretches. You can opt in or out depending on your comfort level. Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class. Physical adjustments are given to help deepen each student’s practice. If you do not want physical adjustments, please inform the instructor.
