Many people are intimidated by yoga out of fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the practice itself will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body. Our instructors offer a wide range of movements and stretches so that you can opt in or out, depending on your comfort level. Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class. Physical adjustments are given to help deepen each student’s practice. If you do not want physical adjustments, please inform the instructor.

Yoga: Slow Flow
Slow Flow is an opportunity to explore the calmer, more restful side of your yoga practice. In this class, students will practice about half the number of poses as a typical flow class. The pace is meditative, with an emphasis on calm in the body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, rather than moving quickly between poses. It's the perfect way to set a the vibe for the week ahead.

Yoga Workshop: Arm Balances + Wrist Care 101
In this workshop students will practice the fun and challenging arm balance poses of yoga. With many progressions and variations, any level of student is welcome, but the practice will be physically demanding with the purpose of strength building. This workshop will begin with an extended Wrist Care Warm Up and Cool Down that is great to integrate into other physical activities such as climbing, or even to relieve technology worn wrists and hands.
