Open Level Flow welcomes students of all levels - whether they are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yoga practioner. This "Vinyasa" style class flows breath to movement, encouraging students to connect deeper to their own breath and bodies. Expect a balance of invigorating poses that strengthen the body along side relaxing poses that allow students to release and let go.

Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.

Power Form + Flow is recommended for those searching for a more challenging yoga practice, this "Vinyasa" style class links breath to movement. Students can expect to incorporate both a full-body workout as well as have ample time for relaxing into the practice. Students will have learned a wide variety of poses by end of the class, and have connected to their bodies and breath in a new way..
