First Visit
Pull up at any time. After a brief orientation, you’ll be exploring the vertical world. The gym is designed for every ability level. No experience is required.

Location
The Power Plant is located in Downtown St. Louis, one block East of Lafayette Square. The gym is part of the historic City Hospital complex. Look for the smokestack.

So Fit: Early Morning HIIT
Challenge yourself in this interval-based, total-body workout. Push your limit with a variety of bodyweight, strength, and cardio exercises. Modifications for each exercise will help you reach your fitness goals in this early-morning, members-only class.

LEVEL: ADVANCED
After you have become proficient at top rope belaying, this class will advance your skills. Lead climbing allows you to climb on all of our walls and gives you a more realistic climbing experience. Our knowledgeable instructors will help you untie from the top rope and tie into the sharp end in a controlled environment.
You will learn how to lead climb and lead belay. You will also learn how to utilize scenario-based belay techniques to provide the climber with a soft catch in the event of a fall.

Successful Completion of a Top Rope Belay Check at Climb So iLL

Yoga: Open Level Flow
Open Level Flow welcomes students of all levels - whether they are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yoga practioner. This "Vinyasa" style class flows breath to movement, encouraging students to connect deeper to their own breath and bodies. Expect a balance of invigorating poses that strengthen the body along side relaxing poses that allow students to release and let go.
Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.

Bouldering Skills
LEVEL: BEGINNER
After completing our Bouldering Skills class, you will have the skills needed to begin a regular bouldering routine. You will learn how to properly fall onto a padded floor, warm up for and structure a proper bouldering session, and identify and practice skills. You will also learn about bouldering terminology and proper etiquette. We will help you overcome the social barriers to climbing and understand how climbers work together while bouldering.
Bouldering relies on padded flooring rather than ropes and harnesses for protection. Climbers generally only climb between 10 and 15 feet high. For that reason, no additional equipment other than the padded floor is needed. This class is ideal for climbers who are new to the sport and want to establish a dependable foundation of skills.

Yoga: Sunday Sequence
The Sunday Sequence inspires students of all levels to revitalize their Sunday routine through connecting to their bodies. This "Vinyasa" style fast-paced class flows breath to movement, guiding students through a sequence of powerful poses.. Expect a blend of balancing poses that challenge the body and mind, leaving students ready to conquer the rest of their weekend.

LEVEL: BEGINNER
This class is perfect for new climbers who want to use every area of the gym. After completing the class, you will know how to top rope belay, operate the gym’s auto-belay stations, and climb on the bouldering wall. In addition, you will learn the fundamental climbing techniques needed to be successful at the gym.
