What should I do if my desired date/time is not available?

Do I need to have chaperones for my group?
Yes. If your group will have climbers under 16, one active adult chaperone is required for every 5 climbers.
Can I bring my own party supplies?
You may bring table decorations, tablecloths, cake, drinks, and food. We do not provide party supplies. Please do not bring glitter.
Can I reserve a time slot without paying?
No. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds, but you can move your event to a new date. This is subject to a $50 fee.
What should we wear?
Athletic, closed-toe shoes are required. We also suggest wearing clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in.
