Many people are intimidated by yoga out of fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the practice itself will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body. Our instructors at the Power Plant in St. Louis offer a wide range of movements, so you can opt in or out depending on your comfort level. Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class. Physical adjustments are given to help deepen each student’s practice. If you do not want physical adjustments, please inform the instructor.

Yoga Workshop: Stability + Strength - Building Your Base for Advanced Balances
Join Mandi Gray of Tranquil Growth Yoga for a workshop focused on the art of balancing. Together we’ll break down what actually creates stability in the body so balancing postures feel more accessible and less intimidating.
Through clear alignment cues, thoughtful progressions, and the use of props, you’ll learn how to find your foundation in any pose. We’ll explore ways to build strength, improve concentration, and approach balancing with more confidence and curiosity.
Along the way, we’ll touch on the origins and myths behind balancing postures and how these shapes evolved within yoga practice.
No prerequisitets, just a willingness to try. All levels welcome.

Yoga: Full Moon Flow
During this monthly offering, in our beautiful studio or in the Power Plant courtyard during warmer months, We use the energy of the full moon to enhance our connection to the lunar cycle, release tension, and restore ourselves - leaving us feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and fulfilled.
The full moon is a time of abundance of acquired goodness, heightened energy, receptivity, and strength, but it can also manifest in the overflow of emotions, bringing with them physical and emotional tension. We will focus on a grounding meditation, various pranayama (breath) exercises, and of course, our Moon Salutations.
Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.
