Acro Yoga is a dynamic movement practice that encourages play, connection, and lifting others. Blending the strength and energy of acrobatics with the balance of mindfulness of yoga, it's a collaborative experience where we move and learn together. No partner? No problem! No experience? You are welcome here. This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age, size, skill or fitness level. Plus, Acro can help train balance and proprioception, making it a great way to improve body awareness-- perfect for tackling harding climbing problems. Just show up as you are and get ready to play!

Climb So iLL's instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student's individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.

Hatha builds functional strength and improves balance through mindful alignment, while the passive holds of Yin target the deeper connective tissues to enhance mobility and flexibility while quieting the mind. This balanced practice is accessible to all levels, with thoughtful modifications to support every body exactly where it is today.

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before class begins. If you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns you’d like the instructor to be aware of, please let them know before class so they can help support your practice. Mats and props are available to borrow if needed.
