Pilates meets Yoga to build core strength through a gentle yet challenging practice followed by mindful recovery and stretching. Pilates x Yoga Fusion is thirty minutes of Pilates Mat followed by a Yoga flow to build mobility and provide an opportunity for mindfulness to aid recovery.

This "Vinyasa" style fast-paced class flows breath to movement, guiding students through a sequence of powerful poses..
