This workshop focuses on balancing the shoulder joint through yoga, calisthenic strength building, and dynamic mobility practices. Equip yourself with a multi-faceted approach to keeping your shoulders happy and strong for whatever adventure life brings.
2.11 + 12 // Arm Balances + Wrist Care

In this workshop, you will practice fun and challenging arm balance poses. With many progressions and variations, students of all levels are welcome, but the practice will be physically demanding to build strength. We will begin with an extended Wrist Care Warm Up and Cool Down that can benefit other physical activities such as climbing or even relieving technology-worn wrists and hands.

In this workshop, you will learn postures and techniques for working up to and developing inverted poses, including headstand, handstand, and forearm stand variations. We will focus on strength building, shoulder and spine opening, and using helpful props on the path to inversions.Sign Up
